hi,
we have one notes 8.5.3 user whose sent view only displays mail going back as far as december 2013.
all other views show mail much older than that.
i've tried deleting the usual cache files, applying 8.5.3 fp3 and replacing her mail template design, but the problem persists.
any ideas on how to resolve?
